Wiener Schnitzel

Wiener Schnitzel (Vienna Schnitzel) is a Austrian specialty, normally made from veal but I like them made with pork better. So this was dinner tonight, Wiener Schnitzel with rice and potato salad.

Breakfast

God I love this, I get to cook,take pictures and eat the food afterward :) I do not like to clean up!

Scallops with field greens

I truly enjoyed doing this picture for the second Strobist Booth camp 2 assignment. I love to cook, eat and take pictures. I browned the scallops with butter in a skillet and dressed the greens with my own recipe of a maple syrup vinaigrette dressing and I got to eat two helpings before I got it right :). I also did the styling and the picture. Strobist: AB B 1600 with reflective umbrella from back left. AB 800 bounced from ceiling for fill. Silver reflector on front left hand side for the fork.
