After several of inches of rain and snow melting in the mountains, the river has been extremely high and that makes for nice waterfalls.

Portrait of Carol
We went out for a quick ride to find a place where I could take a picture of Carol with the setting sun behind her. It was very cold and we really did not have much fun taking this and to make things worse I kind of screwed up the exposure for the background.
Strobist: One SB800 in CSL mode, used diffuser.

Old timer.
This is an old clock I'm working on and I thought I should take a picture of it. The clock needed some good cleaning but works great otherwise. There are some parts which are not shown in this picture, so don't tell me that I'm missing some of them, I've got them all :)
Strobist: Nikon D70 60mm Micro Nikkor 2.8. WB set to Tungsten. One AB B1600 in soft box to light the background. One AB B1600 from the right slightly behind the clock, for a little bit of rim light. One Nikon SB800 from the front right, gelled with a Orange Sun gel and bounced off a white Styrofoam reflector.

Carol again.
Well she makes such a good model :) and it can be quite a challenge to get the exposure right with her white hair.
Strobist: one SB26 directly on background. One SB800 in manual mode, bounced of white umbrella from camera left abd white card as reflector on camera right.
